Media Pass Application

Are you a photographer, videographer, journalist, podcaster, or content creator passionate about covering endurance sport? ErgFest welcomes members of the media to capture the action and share the story of our event with the world.

We offer a limited number of free media passes to ensure you have the access you need to create outstanding coverage.

• Accredited journalists and reporters
• Photographers and videographers
• Podcasters and bloggers
• Social media content creators with an established audience

What a Media Pass Includes

• Free entry to ErgFest
• Opportunities to connect with athletes, organisers, and partners
• Permission to capture and publish content from the event (with proper credit to ErgFest where required)

How to Apply

Simply fill out the application form below with:

• Your name and organisation/platform
• Type of media you produce (photography, podcast, article, video, etc.)
• Links to recent work or portfolio
• How you plan to cover ErgFest

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Successful applicants will be contacted by email with details about media pass collection and event-day guidelines.
